Calcutta: The Bangalore Turf Club (BTC) is trying to meet the deadline as handicaps were published, on Wednesday, for the November 1 start. Acceptor will be published on Thursday and the news is welcomed in the racing circles.
Horse racing in the country had been suspended since the third week of March because of the coronavirus pandemic. The RCTC and RWITC stewards are also trying to put their act together but no official dates have been fixed for the winter season restart.
