African Gold looks invisible today..I am surprised by some experienced members are suddenly feeling Multidimensional progeny can't stay more than a mile!!!

African gold is a late developing horse. He will tackle mile and half easily at age of four. He just ran and won with out a say. Parvati prepared him very well. I hope he will directly go to Mumbai to demolish 2000 guinies record. After long a champ from byramji stables. Congratulations

It's amazing how people get turned on as soon as a horse is going unbeaten and start to compare.
Botswana itself was second in 2000 guniness, and the speed of this horse AFRICAN GOLD suggests , it's just as good as CASTLE BRIDGE, who was very high class animal with heavy built long stride , who had beaten Indian derby winner Rochester in 2000 guniness and lost to same in ruia gold Cup, and Rochester went to beat lady in lace to win the indian derby.
The form line for the derby was from race with castlebridge.
The same thing here, African gold will run in 2000 guniness , and will have a great chance to win, post that, any distance above 2000 will not suit, hence derby is out of question.
African gold is certainly a good animal, but rather can be top class sprinter or miler than mile and half horse , and retire.
